Joanna Luloff is the author of the short story collection The Beach at Galle Road (2012) and the novel Remind Me Again What Happened (2018), both published by Algonquin. Her stories and essays have appeared in many journals including The Missouri Review, Western Humanities Review, The Cincinnati Review, The Bennington Review, and New South. Her collection was a Barnes and Noble Discover selection and won the Maria Thomas Fiction prize from Peace Corps Writers. She received her MFA from Emerson College and her PhD from University of Missouri. She is an assistant professor of English and Creative Writing at University of Colorado Denver where she also edits fiction and nonfiction for the literary journal Copper Nickel. At Ragdale, she plans to work on a novel-in-progress about a female golem.
