Isabelle Taylor is originally from Troy, MI. Taylor began training at their local studio and later graduated with a BA in Dance and a BS in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago in 2019. Since, Taylor has worked as a teaching artist in CPS with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago residency program and performed as a freelance artist. They have performed with the Thodos New Dances series, Synapse Arts, Common Canvas through Common Conservatory, LOUDBODIES, MOMENTA Co., and a number of local artist.
She recently performed works by Amalia Raye-Lewis & Helen Lee for the Chicago Cultural Center Dance Residency Open Studio Series, a work by Jamilla Kekulah Kinney for Links Hall Co-Mission series, and work by Jus.Be House collective at Urbanite. She is grateful to continue exploring, learning, & sharing with Chicago’s dance communities.
