.CHISARAOKWU. (she/her) is an Igbo American X-disciplinary poet-artist residing in the US. She has been honored with fellowships from the California Arts Council, MacDowell, Cave Canem, the Vermont Studio Center, Brooklyn Poets, and more. Her art is inspired by the spiritual, oral and print archives of the Igbo and its diaspora, quantum physics, and her work as a pediatrician and trauma specialist.
