Alison Wellford is the author of the novel Indolence. Her writing has appeared in The Gettysburg Review, Fence, Epiphany, World Literature Today, and The Nation, among other publications, and has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. She has attended residencies at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, MacDowell, Ragdale, and Vermont Studio Center. She is an associate professor of writing and directs the Pan-European MFA at Cedar Crest College.
